DAT RIDDLER

I have no idea. Another sudoku doodle (NEWS FLASH: most of my drawings are on the backs of them) and therefore kinda old, which explains the kinda huge neck on the Riddler, who is...Being a total slut. Geez. I know the pose isn't natural at all--especially the arm-- I'm not too proud of this one. But here it is anyway.
